Jackson-Hirsh Inc. Card/Guard model 7200 working laminating machine.
Offered here is
a fully functional
Jackson-Hirsh Inc. Card/Guard model 7200
laminating machine. The unit is in great working order, the heater gets up to 150
degrees, and the rollers work smoothly. I also took the unit apart, cleaned it and
lubricated the gears and motor. The motor is making a slight buzzing/squealing
sounds, at first I thought it was the shaft/rotor itself but after lubricating the motor
I believe it's coming from the coil on the motor. As far as physical condition, the
only major flaw on this unit is a half broken/missing side panel on one of the sides
(see pictures). This is just a cosmetic issue, it doesn't effect the functionality of the
unit.
Please note,
, I don't have any materials to actually test the unit in actual
use, but as I mentioned about, the heater gets up to a 150 degrees - the small the
thermometer seem to show the correct temperature, and I did pass a few pieces of
paper through it which all went through and came out the other side just fine.
